Carol Spinks, the first of the Freeway Phantom victims. No one realized this was the start of a string of serial killings.

Diane Dinnis Williams. Some authorities consider her the last of the Freeway Phantom victims, but evidence points strongly to Teara Ann Bryant as being the last one. After leaving a bus, she disappeared into the night.
